Club Membership
Pacific Archery Academy is a premier archery club dedicated to fostering a love for the sport among enthusiasts of all skill levels. Our members enjoy access to a weekly outdoor range held at the W̱SÁNEĆ School field, 7449 West Saanich Rd, located on the traditional lands of the W̱SÁNEĆ people. We are grateful for the opportunity to practice this sport in cooperation with the school and community.
Membership includes range access, opportunities to participate in club competitions, and invitations to exclusive member events. While formal coaching is not included with membership, members benefit from a supportive environment and shared learning within a vibrant community of fellow archers. Club shooting times will be listed in our calendar.
Equipment rental is available for short time use for $10 per club shoot. Personal equipment is recommended and will be encouraged after an introductory time.
We offer memberships for youth, students, adults, and families—ensuring there’s a place for everyone at Pacific Archery Academy.

Stand-By Training Access
Pacific Archery Academy offers Stand-By Training Access for eligible athletes who are actively involved in training and committed to progression.
This option is intended to support archers who are already training regularly and would benefit from additional supervised shooting opportunities.
Eligibility
Athletes may be considered for stand-by training access when they:
-
are current Pacific Archery Academy club members
-
are registered in two Pacific Archery Academy programs
-
are actively training and progressing
-
are requesting to attend an age- and skill-appropriate class
-
receive coach approval in advance
How It Works
Eligible athletes may attend an additional appropriate class at no extra cost on a stand-by basis, provided that:
-
space is available
-
the athlete has notified Pacific Archery Academy before arriving
-
a coach has confirmed that attendance is appropriate for that class
Stand-by access is intended to create additional training opportunities for committed athletes, but it is not guaranteed and does not replace regular class registration.
Important Notes
-
Advance notice is required before attending on a stand-by basis
-
Registered participants always have priority
-
Stand-by participation is space-dependent
-
Coaches may limit or decline stand-by attendance based on space, safety, class flow, athlete fit, or training needs
-
Stand-by access may be paused or removed if the policy is not used respectfully or if an athlete is no longer actively training
Purpose
This policy is designed to support motivated athletes who are making a strong commitment to training, while also protecting class quality, safety, and fairness for registered participants.
